Services
From full-service design to e-design and hourly consultations, I offer flexible solutions to suit your individual project needs. Please have a read through the options below, if you are unsure which service you need, don't hesitate to contact me.
Full Service Design
This can be a full house design or a selection of rooms and will be broken down into phases.
- Phase I Space Planning - Working closely with you and the architects to make suggestions to layouts and plans with the view of improving the flow and liveability of the home.
- Phase II Concept Development - Once layouts have been signed off, I prepare preliminary concepts for the interior design and finishes using mood boards, physical samples and inspirational imagery presenting suggestions for overall look and feel. Basic SketchUp Renderings of the design are presented to show best layout options in 3d.
- Phase III Design Documentation - This is where all interior selections are finalised such as floor plans and layouts, lighting and electrical plans, detailed joinery and cabinetry designs, fixtures and fittings schedules, and furniture and styling packages. Each element is meticulously prepared and packaged, ready for handover to the build team.
- Phase IV Construction and Procurement - During the construction phase the project moves on to ordering the FF&E package (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) for all furniture, soft furnishings, fabrics, artwork, decorative lighting, and accessories. Coordination of trade orders for all items.
- Phase V Project Management - This is the overseeing phase which involves regular site visits to ensure the construction team are following the design intent. This is also the stage where we are hands-on to deal with last-minute unavoidable design changes.
- Phase VI Install - Coordinating the placement of all furniture, window dressings, decorative lighting and accessories, dressing and styling the home ready to hand over to you.
Full service design is quoted on a case by case basis, if you would like to learn more about this please drop me a line.
E Design
This service is perfect for those who live a little further afield or just need some direction with the overall design but can pull it together themselves. You will receive an emailed package including the following:
- 2D floor plan based on your measurements.
- Mood boards to show look and feel and design intent.
- Rudimentary joinery and panelling suggestions.
- Colour scheme/wallpaper schedule.
- A clickable shopping list (large items of furniture, flooring, window dressings, lighting, rugs and a small accessories package).
E-Design will be sourced from high street retailers rather than bespoke, so it’s important to be ready to purchase promptly to avoid items going out of stock.

Fee - from £175 per hour.
